Salting capacity

A container for salting caviar. It is possible to manufacture containers on an individual order.
Main Features

The container has calibration marks for convenient determination of the ratio of brine and caviar in it. Release – butterfly valve Dy100, filling — Dy50.

The capacity is double, for the technology of practicing double ambassador in order to save brine. The tank is equipped with a bypass valve with a filter.

A container with a stirrer with a volume of 100 liters is mainly used in small low-productivity industries or ship processing workshops. Upon completion of salting, the agitator is easily removed, and the container is tilted forward onto the stand. There is a “paramushka” on the stand in advance, where the caviar is poured. The brine is spilled into the stand and goes down the pipe into the sewer. then the cycle can be repeated.
