Delivery:

There are several ways to get the Goods:

1. Pickup

You can pick up the Goods yourself from our warehouse located at the address: Vladivostok, ul. Captain Shefner 2a. Movers are always present in the warehouse, and there is also warehouse equipment, so loading and unloading operations are carried out by the forces and means of our company. Warehouse operation mode: from Monday to Friday from 10:00-18:00. Saturday, Sunday are days off.

2. Delivery in Vladivostok

Delivery in Vladivostok is carried out by courier in a passenger car (for Goods with a volume of up to 0.5 m3) –the cost is from 300 to 1000 rubles, depending on the distance, as well as by truck (for Goods with a volume of over 0.5 m3) – the cost is from 1000 to 3000 rubles, depending on the distance and overall dimensions of the Goods.

Payment for transportation services by transport companies is made at the office of the transport company upon receipt of the cargo. You can choose both non-cash and cash forms of payment.

3. Delivery in Russia or to the CIS countries through transport companies.

The company “Voltek Group” organizes the delivery of goods and equipment throughout Russia, as well as to the CIS countries through any transport company convenient for you. You can use our recommendations for choosing a transport company.

Courier services:

After the shipment of the Goods to the transport company, we send you a copy of the bill of lading (TTN). Upon arrival of the Goods in your city, representatives of the transport company contact you and inform you of the conditions for receiving the goods. Payment for transportation services by transport companies is made at the office of the transport company upon receipt of the cargo. You can choose both non-cash and cash forms of payment.

All shipments are subject to mandatory rigid packaging and insurance.

The cost of delivery depends on standard factors: distances, dimensions, weight, cargo volume and the chosen transport company.

Delivery outside Russia to the CIS countries and around the world:

it is carried out by the transport companies «ПЭК» (Kazakhstan), «Энергия» (Kazakhstan, Armenia, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan).

Delivery to any point of the world is also possible, delivery and payment are carried out through companies engaged in foreign trade. (ООО “Реалэкспорт”)
