Warranty service

On the basis of and subject to the conditions of this warranty, KB Granit guarantees the elimination of defects of industrial origin within 3, 6, 12, 18, 24 months from the date of receipt of the goods by the buyer. The duration of the warranty period is determined by the equipment manufacturer.

If defects of manufacturing origin are found in the product during the warranty period, our company will repair the product or replace the defective components on the conditions listed below.


  1. Warranty services are provided upon presentation by the Consumer of a warranty card with the attachment of shipping documents together with the product in which the defect is detected, until the end of the warranty period.
  2. This warranty does not cover the transportation and risks associated with the transportation of your product from the seller to the place of installation of your product.
  3. This warranty does not apply to consumables, components that require periodic replacement throughout the life of the product (heating elements, gaskets, lamps, filters, etc.)
  4. This warranty does not apply to the product in cases of damage or modification of the product as a result of:

a) improper operation, including:

  • handling of the product resulting in mechanical damage or modification of the product or its components;
  • installation or use of the product for other purposes or not in accordance with the installation instructions;
  • maintenance of the product is not in accordance with the operating instructions;
  • installation or use of the product is not in accordance with the technical standards or safety standards in force in the country of installation or use;

b) repairs or attempted repairs made by persons or organizations that are not KB “Granit”;
c) adjustment or self-modification of the product
d) increase in product performance beyond the scope of technical characteristics or capabilities described in the operating instructions;
e) negligent attitude;

In case of “urgent” situations with malfunctions, we always approach with maximum loyalty to the customer and make every possible effort to positively and promptly resolve the issue of free repair within the framework of warranty obligations.
