The tank (Fig. 1) has calibration marks for the convenient determination of the ratio of brine and caviar in it. The output is the Dy100 butterfly valve, the filling is Dy50.
The doubles tank (Fig. 2), for technology that uses a double salting in order to save brine. The tank is equipped with a bypass cock with a filter.
A tank with a stirrer (Fig. 3 and 4) of 100 l volume is mainly used in small low-productivity factories or ship processing workshops. At the end of the salting, the brine agitator is easily removed, and the container is tipped forward on the stand. There is a plastic basket on the stand that is prepared in advance, where the caviar is pouring. The brine is poured into the stand and goes through the pipe to the sewer. Then the cycle can be repeated.
It is possible to manufacture customized containers.
